How long does it take?
Most submissions receive their highest offer within 48 hours. The submission itself takes about 5 minutes. If you accept the offer, physical transfer and payment typically complete within one week.
What if I decline the offer?
You are under no obligation at any point. Declining costs nothing. There is no follow-up unless you initiate it. You may resubmit at any time if your circumstances change.
Do I need a GIA certificate?
A certificate is not required to submit. Certified stones typically receive stronger offers because buyers can price with certainty, but we work with uncertified diamonds, estate jewelry, watches, and all fine jewelry regardless.
